I have been offering Online Programmes for runners and triathletes since 2015 when I was still racing full time. My programmes are bespoke to the individual, not recycled from client to client. I now focus on running clients of all ages, ability and ambition [though triathlon programmes are available on request]
Running programmes are available for any runner looking to further their understanding of training and improve their results in racing, whether this be a monthly Parkrun or a 100mile ultra race! I work with a huge array of clients, from 0-5km and some who are trail racing across Europe.
Your programme is designed weekly, taking into account your personal commitments and working life. Racing (if you wish) is incorporated into a race plan, and into the bigger picture of a race season where appropriate. I offer nutritional advice, along with strength and conditioning programmes (no gym necessary).
Communication is unlimited with me throughout the week, whether this is by email, phone or Wattsapp! Communication is key to ensuring the programme is working for you, and I am always on hand to discuss the session details, any required changes or questions you may have.
I am a self coached runner, and in 2018 ran my first marathon in 2.51 out in Washington. I also run on the track and road regularly, with a PB of 17.05 for 5km. I now balance my own training with a full time job and family, so am the first to appreciate that running cannot always be put first. My career as a professional triathlete taught me a huge amount about training, racing and injury management, all of which is first hand advice that I offer to my clients.
